Located in the heart of a beautiful national park, this lodge offers stunning views of the surrounding wildlife and scenery. the well-designed rooms are spacious and luxurious, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and attentive, with special mentions for Ms Keziah and Mr Nelson. the restaurant serves delicious food in a pleasant ambiance, and the evening entertainment of local music and dance adds a cultural touch to the experience.

Some aspects of the lodge could be improved upon to enhance the overall experience.

This hotel provided an exceptional luxury experience. the exclusive amenities like the spa and private facilities in the room were excellent. the restaurant had a wide variety of food, including vegetarian options. the staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. the location next to the national park was convenient for game drives. the breakfast had a variety of options, and the lounge area was perfect for relaxation. the only minor issue we encountered was the slow response time for room service.

this issue was resolved quickly once we notified the staff.

The resort offered a fantastic lake view and was surrounded by beautiful nature. The spacious rooms were comfortably appointed with great Wi-Fi and hot showers. The hotel breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and catered to a variety of different tastes. Plus, the nightly entertainment was entertaining and engaging.

The resort was located quite a distance from the city center, which made it inconvenient for guests who wanted to explore the surrounding areas. the rooms were a bit dark and outdated, and could have used some updating to make them more modern and comfortable.

Spent Christmas in an amazing hotel with breathtaking views of the lake and greenery surrounding it. the food was fantastic, true to local flavors and well presented. the staff members, from attendants to security, were very amiable and interactive. Loved the pool and various sports facilities!

Unfortunately the shops around were closed early as it was a holiday, so had to go a bit further for our planned shopping experience. That said, the general location of the hotel is great!
